We are delighted to Welcome Stefan Latanowski, co founder of Integral Harmony to deliver this important workshop. This is one of 5 workshops being delivered by Integral Harmony.
Workshop 2: What Might Lie Beneath Challenging and Dysregulated Behaviour - Stefan 20/11/26
Sometimes, what looks like defiance, anger or challenging behaviour may be a sign that a child is struggling with something they cannot yet identify or express.
Discover what may be happening beneath the surface, how stress and the body's natural alarm response can influence behaviour, and why feeling safe, understood and grounded can make a difference. Develop a greater understanding of your child's experience and how to respond with more confidence, compassion and curiosity, rather than reacting to the behaviour alone.
Date:
Friday 20th November
Time:
8- 9pm
Where:
