Thursday stay, play and support at Skylarks Hounslow
The session runs from 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Our Thursday lunchtime play session is one of our new offerings at Skylarks Hounslow. Bring your children to play while you have a cup of tea/coffee and chat with our staff, volunteers and other parents. Your family can also make use of our sensory room while you are at Skylarks Hounslow.
What do sessions at Skylarks Hounslow look like?
The play sessions take place between 12.30pm & 2.30pm on Thursdays
All staff will also wear GREEN Skylarks T-shirts / fleeces, so that you can recognise us! Our volunteers wear ORANGE T-shirts.
Directions:
Skylarks Hounslow is in the corner of Inwood Park, on Inwood Road, on the corner with Inwood Avenue and almost opposite Bristow Road.
Parking
Paid parking is available on Inwood Road and local side streets. There is a small car park on the corner of Inwood Road and Hanworth Road (location ID 805791) and a large car park slightly further away at Hanworth Road (behind Primark, location ID 682834) which costs £4.50 for 2 hours (max stay 4 hours), no discounts for Blue Badge holders
A small number of Blue Badge parking spaces are available on Inwood Road and we have been informed that people with Blue Badges can also park in residents street parking spaces.
Buses
Public transport Bus 281 from Twickenham. Get off at Pownall Gardens (5 minutes walk) Bus H37 from Richmond. Get off at Hounslow Bus Station (11 minutes walk) Bus 110 from Richmond. Get off at Fairfields Road (4 minutes walk)
Train
Train to Hounslow mainline station (8 minutes walk) Underground (Piccadilly line) to Hounslow East (13 minutes walk)
What do I need to do before I come?
What will happen when I arrive at Skylarks Hounslow?
A staff member or volunteer can make you a cup of tea or coffee. Please keep all hot drinks out of the reach of children.
You may bring your own snacks, but please do not share them and please do not bring anything containing nuts or sesame. Please supervise your children when eating to make sure they don’t leave food lying around, please encourage them to sit down and please clean up any spillages or leftovers.
If your child has a toileting accident, we ask you to clean up. We will provide gloves and cleaning materials. Please have a spare set of clothes with you.
Donations can be made by contactless card reader at our front desk. We prefer not to accept cash - thank you.
Buggies and prams can be left outside where they will not obstruct exits.
You are responsible for your children and need to remain on-site. Please read our safety notices and members' guidelines.
