This class invites you into a somatic experience where breath, intention, and gentle flow come together to create a safe space for healing and reconnection. As you move through the sequence, you’ll soften into presence, restore emotional balance, and embark on an inner journey of deep relaxation and renewal at the end.

Ticho Wellness is situated at the river end of White Hart Lane, next to the Orange Pekoe Café and pretty much opposite the White Hart pub.
They are on the ground floor. Their main window is visible from the street, and the entrance is down the little alcove and through the stable doors.
Parking
There is plenty of parking on the Mortlake side of White Hart Lane within a couple of minutes walk of the studio. There are parking restrictions 9 to 11am Monday to Friday but nothing the rest of the time. There is also more parking, including pay by phone parking, on nearby Barnes High Street, a five-ten minute walk from Ticho.

The 209, 419, 533 and 378 buses all pass by Ticho
