We are pleased to welcome the team from Geldards Solicitors who will give a talk on EHCP's and what to do if the content of Parts B, F and I are not suitable for your child's needs. Join us in person in Twickenham to hear more about the law around EHCP's and how to work with your LA to resolve any issues.
They may discuss the law around Parts B,F& I of your child's EHCP and also Judicial Review, statutory deadlines and obligations such as Section 19 when children are out of education.
There will also be the opportunity to ask questions, meet other families and share a cuppa.
