What is Spread your Wings Careers Coaching?
Spread Your Wings - Career Coaching Programme aims to inspire and educate young people with additional needs, alongside their parents/carers, by providing holistic early specialist careers support, maximising possibilities for an aspirational future of work.
The programme explores 4 themes, individual strengths and skills development, as the foundation to explore ambitious horizons, empowered by supportive and inclusive networks.
Programme Information
The programme incorporates:
6 modules delivered as 1 hour Zoom workshops after school for groups of 10 young people.
and
6 modules delivered online via 1 hour Zoom workshops for parents in the daytime or evening
Each module will involve a collaborative parent/child activity at home.
The Programme is Designed for children:
● aged 12-14 years in Years 8 or 9
● with an additional need (SEND, with or without an EHCP)
● with the ability to work towards level 2 qualifications (GCSEs)
● with the ability to learn and communicate in a group online
● with the ability to work in the future

The next cohort begins on Wednesday 4th June 2025 at 5:30pm and runs for 6 weeks. Use the above form to register your interest for your child and we will respond to you with further information.
The parental course will aim to be held on a day and time that best suits the parents in the cohort so TBA.
