We are pleased to offer parents of children with additional needs an opportunity to join an
Online Meditative Support Group with Melinda
*Please do not book if you attended this course last term so other people have the opportunity to take part. Instead, please add your name to the waiting list and we will offer you a place if one becomes available*
Priority will be given to those who have not attended this group before, according to our
Fair Access Policy.
Wednesday evenings - 8.30pm - 9.30pm
This is a 7 week course every Wednesday evening from Wednesday 30th April - Wednesday 21st May

The group will use yoga, movement, meditation, reflection, sharing and conversation to help unwind at the end of a busy day, using Zoom from the comfort of your own homes
Please make sure you have private and comfortable space to use.
This course is free of charge but donations are welcome. We suggest a donation of £6 per session.
