Online 1:1 Yoga & Wellbeing sessions for children
Stefan from Integral Harmony is offering some regular online 1:1 sessions of Yoga for children with additional needs, accompanied by their parents.
These will take place on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday afternoons using Zoom
We have spaces for 8 children per term.
The children need to be able to converse and follow instructions. This course is not suitable for children with complex physical needs - we have another programme we can offer these children which is tailored to their needs.
This is a course that runs on either Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.

The time slots available are:
4:15 - 4:45pm
5 - 5.30pm
If you think this might be right for your child, please book ONE of the time slots for the whole course
If the spaces are fully booked, we will create a waiting list for you to add your name to and we will contact you if a space becomes available.
