Twelve Days of Skylarks Christmas Song

We are very excited to be professionally recording our very own Twelve Days of Christmas song and we welcome lots of Skylarks Charity voices to join in. Parents, carers, children, young people, families and volunteers we want you to take part.
We'll be getting together to practise on Tuesday 24th September and 1st October 2024 from 4.15-5.15pm at The Crossway Centre, 306 Richmond Road, TW1 2PD.
The recording will be held on Wednesday 9th October between 4-7pm (recording will take c3 hours) on a barge/boat at St Katharine's Dock, London E1W 1AT. There are steps and a pontoon to get onto the barge studio so you must be able to walk on to the boat, along the edge of the water. We regret it is not wheelchair accessible. The nearest underground station is Tower Hill (Circle and District line).
Please ensure that you can be available for at least one rehearsal and the recording day, are happy to be filmed and photographed, can make your own way there and bring along your Christmas jumper and hats, snacks and drinks to keep you hydrated in the spirit of the festive season.
This is a fantastic opportunity to let our voices be heard featuring for all the brilliant services that Skylarks offer. We are grateful to Sophie-Lia for creating these wonderful lyrics, Minta for the use of the studio and to you for supporting us.
