DLA/PIP clinics at Skylarks on Friday mornings
We are working in partnership with KIDS, a local charity. KIDS has the contract from the Local Authority to provide the benefits advice service to support families of children and young people (up to 18 years) to complete the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Personal Independent Payment (PIP) application forms. This service covers the boroughs of Richmond and Kingston.
Vilma Watt, the Benefits Information Advice and Support Practitioner at KIDS, will be holding clinics approximately once every half term at Skylarks on Friday mornings.
These appointments are aimed at those who cannot attend KIDS regular clinics on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays either at the Windham Croft Centre in Richmond or at the Moor Lane Centre in Chessington.
They are also aimed at those who have pre-school children or children not in education, as the children can play with us while you talk to Vilma.
The time of the appointment is from 10am to 12 midday.
We regret that these appointments are for residents of Richmond and Kingston only. Parents from other boroughs can get help from their local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB).
These appointments are free of charge, although donations are appreciated.
