DLA/PIP clinics at Skylarks on Friday mornings
We work in partnership with KIDS, a local charity. KIDS has the contract from the Local Authority to provide the benefits advice service to support families of children and young people (up to 18 years) to complete the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Personal Independent Payment (PIP) application forms. This service covers the boroughs of Richmond and Kingston.
Vilma Watt, the Benefits Information Advice and Support Practitioner at KIDS, holds clinics once a month at Skylarks on Friday mornings.
These appointments are aimed at those who cannot attend KIDS regular clinics on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays either at the Windham Croft Centre in Richmond or at the Moor Lane Centre in Chessington. If you would prefer to contact Vilma directly to arrange an appointment at another time, you can contact her on
020 3793 9596 or email Vilma.espinoza@kids.org.uk
These appointments are also aimed at those who have pre-school children or children not in education, as the children can play with our volunteers while you talk to Vilma.
The dates are the following Friday mornings:
Friday 31st March
The times of the appointments are:
9.30 – 11.00
11.00 – 12.30
We regret that these appointments are for residents of Richmond and Kingston only. Parents from other boroughs can get help from their local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) or from
Our Barn in Hounslow.
These appointments are free of charge, although donations are appreciated.
