Make your children’s Christmas wishes come true with a visit to meet Santa in his grotto!
Many of our children would find a visit to a mainstream Santa’s grotto too stressful, difficult or noisy. Squires are famous locally for their grotto which can have very long queues when it is open to the public at weekends and in the run up to Christmas.
We are very pleased to announce that Squires Garden Centre in Twickenham have again agreed to open Santa’s grotto for a special session just for families from Me too & Co!
Santa will be coming to Squire’s specially to give presents to our children on
Thursday 6th December
from 4.00 to 5.30pm
This event is aimed at children who will be unable to visit our Father Christmas at our AGM on Friday 7th December and also at children for whom attending a mainstream Santa’s grotto would be too difficult. If your child is seeing lots of Santas already this year, then please allow other children to book first!
This event is free of charge.
Squires Garden Centre can be found at:
Sixth Cross Road
The garden centre is on the corner of Sixth Cross Road and Hampton Road, opposite Wickes. The entrance to the big car park is on Sixth Cross Road. The garden centre is 200 metres from Fulwell railway station and just opposite Fulwell bus depot.
The grotto is covered but outside, so please make sure your children are wrapped up warmly. There will be wheelchair access to the grotto.
If you can, do come straight from school and allow enough time, so that you have time to park your car, go to the loo, acclimatise and settle your children in, so that they are ready to see Santa without any stress.
On the day, children will see Father Christmas in order of arrival, so just sign in when you get there and if your child can’t wait in a queue, then you are welcome to wander around while you wait – but please don’t go too far!. You might even be able to have a cup of tea in their café!
There is a limited number of places available and they must be booked in advance, so please book a place for each of your children here
