We are delighted that Stefan and Melinda will be in the UK this spring/summer and will be offering some face-to-face sessions for our families. We particularly encourage new families who have not used their services before and who have not been able to access yoga techniques for themselves or their child to book these sessions. Yoga can be beneficial to many parents of children with disabilities.
The dates and times are as follows:
Wednesday 24th June
Sound Healing & Restorative Movement - slow down, release stress & reconnect with your body with Stefan, Melinda and Franco
11.30 - 1pm followed by time to have refreshments/chat
There is space for 12 adults
Fair Access Policy: If you regularly take part in the online Meditative support groups with Melinda or have attended recently, please hold back and allow other families to book first. Regular families will be contacted if there are spaces available. We have not opened a waiting list for this activity so please just hold back till nearer the time.
We regret that children cannot attend this session and there is no creche or area for children to wait.
Stefan and Melinda:
Stefan is a qualified paediatric physiotherapist, yoga teacher and holistic healing practitioner, with certificates in Reiki and a variety of holistic massage approaches, among others.
Melinda is a qualified yoga teacher, dance teacher and holistic healing practitioner, with certificates in Reiki and holistic massage approaches.
Who: All parents of children with any additional needs from any borough
Clothing:
You are asked to wear loose, non-restrictive clothing such as leggings or jogging trousers and to remove shoes and socks. Please bring a warm blanket, shawl or other covering to keep you warm when relaxing
Equipment:
Yoga mats and blocks are provided but you are welcome to bring your own equipment, including yoga mats, blocks or beanbags.

This takes place at
Skylarks Hounslow.
Skylarks Hounslow is a fully accessible building. We have a fully-accessible toilet with child-sized hoist. You will find more information with directions, parking and public transport here:

add your name to the waiting list and we will contact you if a space becomes available.
