Please note, if you book into a class that is not appropriate for your child, we will contact you to try to offer another more suitable class. If we do not hear from you, we reserve the right to cancel your session and offer it to another child.

HOLISTIC YOGA FOR CHILDREN WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS

In these sessions children will have time to connect with themselves, encouraging self esteem and breath awareness. Aiming to build strength and flexibility while letting go of stress/anxiety.

Stefan and Melinda’s holistic approach creates a comfortable and calm space in which children can explore their full potential. The sessions promote the development of concentration and self-empowerment, while addressing any physical, mental and emotional imbalances. The goal throughout is for each child to experience a sense of true peace and relaxation while establishing a strong connection with their heart.
