Focusing on the different types of Appeal, Fiona will provide information and tips on how to manage the process to achieve outcomes for families
We will consider appeals where there is:
- Refusal to Assess for an EHCP
- An appeal about the contents of a Plan.
- Placement appeals (particularly around transition years)
- Appeals for Education Otherwise Than at School (EOTAS)
We will have some appointments available during the afternoon for families to follow up on a 1:1 basis.
If you are interested in a 1:1 session with Fiona and a member of the Skylarks team please indicate this in the notes section when you book.
We will then send a form to complete so that the team can identify those situations where a one-to-one session with Fiona will be most useful.
You will then be emailed with an appointment slot if we have one available on or before the 20th June.
Please let us know if you are unable to attend the 1:1 as we expect them to be very popular.
