Preparing for Puberty Workshop

Join us for an information workshop with Matt Wells from Strathmore School.

We are delighted to offer this workshop in partnership with our friends at Strathmore School.

This event will focus on understanding the physical and hormonal changes your child is experiencing as well as strategies to suport them at home.

The session aims to provide guidance and support, ensuring that no one has to face these challenges alone.

This is also an opportunity for parents and carers to share their experiences and advice with others. We will also be joined by School Nurses, Charlie and Mo to answer any medical based questions. And of course there will be plenty of tea and coffee on offer.
