We have been given some FREE tickets for Winter Wonderland on Wednesday 19th November 2025 for families who have children with SEND.
The fair will be open from 10am to 2pm. This is during school hours so this event is suitable for children who are home educated and not at school.
This takes place in Hyde Park. You will need to be able to make your own way there.
This special event gives exclusive access to Winter Wonderland. Guests can enjoy unlimited access to all rides and attractions, with a reduced capacity and a low-sensory environment.
Attractions include the open-air Ice rink, the Magical Ice Kingdom, the Giant Wheel, and the Real Ice Slide. Guests can also visit Father Christmas and his elves at the Grotto. Visiting Father Christmas is free, and you can purchase photos from the official photographers.
Please note every single person (adult or child) requires a ticket. There are no extra carer tickets. Please express an interest here and let us know how many tickets (adult and child) you would like. Please make sure you request a ticket for each person who would like to come and write in the notes section how many tickets (adult and child) you would like. Please note, we have a limited number of tickets, so can't offer tickets to your wider family. Please note, expressing an interest here does not guarantee we can offer you the number of tickets you would like.

What about games, food, and drink?
Ticketholders will need to pay for games, food, and drink. You can bring your own picnic lunch with you to enjoy in one of our undercover seating areas. Please note no alcohol or glass is permitted into Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.
We recommend arriving in time for entry at 9:30am. Your group is welcome to stay inside the event until close at 10pm, however guests will need to pay for rides and attractions after 2pm.
Please note that from 2pm the public will begin to enter the site, and so Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will start to get busier.
A dedicated customer service team will be on hand to assist throughout the event, with trained access champions available to any Winter Wishes guests that may need additional support.
