NEXT STEPS MAY INCLUDE BOOKING ON MICRO TALK 8: TRIBUNALS, APPEALS AND FORMS

This one to one session is for parents or carers who:

Have received a Refusal to Issue notice from the Local Authority (LA)
Are considering, or have booked mediation
Intend to appeal the LA decision to Refuse to Issue and will be running their own appeal

By the end of the session you will:

Discuss some of the pros and cons of mediation or meetings with you Local Authority
Identify legislation relevant to your case
Describe some of the common reasons given for Refusal to Issue an EHCP and how to start to dislodge them
Plan and start to write your reasons for appeal
Explain what happens once your appeal is registered.
