Spread Your Wings - Career Coaching Programme (Zoom)
This is a 6 week programme for young people - covering 6 employability modules, delivered through 1 hour ZOOM online workshops.
Aims to:
- Inspire and raise aspirations for young people with additional needs
- Provide holistic early specialist careers planning for young people aged 16-18
- Encourage child and parent collaboration and conversations
- build confidence and alliance through a supportive and informative network
This programme has been designed for young people, to explore future possibilities after GCSE's. Young people will be required to to work independently with a trainer online in a small group.
