Online 1:1 Yoga for children with additional needs on Friday mornings at 10.45

Stefan from Integral Harmony is offering a few online 1:1 sessions of yoga for children with additional needs, accompanied by their parents.

These will take place on Friday mornings and we have spaces for 4 children.



The children need to be able to converse and follow instructions. This course is not suitable for children with complex physical needs - we have another programme we can offer these children which is tailored to their needs.

This is a course of 9 sessions, starting on Friday 22nd January and finishing on Friday 26th March 2021.

The time slots available are:

9.15 – 9.45
10. – 10.30
10.45 – 11.15
11.30 – 12.00
