You are very welcome to have a phone call with one of our members of staff. We have members of staff who have experience and knowledge about certain conditions or areas of support.
Many parents benefit from having a chat with our employee Susie who was an active member of the committee of the Richmond Branch of the National Autistic Society for 20 years.
Appointments are usually by telephone on a Tuesday afternoon or Friday morning but can be face-to-face at the Crossway Centre on a Tuesday afternoon if needed. Susie will contact you to arrange a suitable time to speak by telephone.
We also have an INFORMATION STAND in reception every Tuesday afternoon and are always happy to talk to you whilst your child is attending one of the activities, if you would like any information, support, advice or signposting.
