* Engaging the diaphragm for best supportive breathing. Learning to breath energy and not just air.
* Circular breathing and additional patterns that engage the parasympathetic nervous system.
* Anti-anxiety and depression breath techniques.
* Vocal exercises that stimulate organ function and produce positive vibrational frequencies.
All of these exercises are simple to learn, will be taught at one’s own pace and in a safe and supportive environment.
